With no.e, every seat becomes an intelligent information point. The cloud-based system connects seating, room planning and event management – enabling fast, flexible and digital seat organisation.
A web-based interface allows seat numbers, names, logos or individual notes to be controlled centrally and transferred to the integrated e-paper displays in seconds. Content can be updated at any time and from anywhere in the world – via computer, tablet or smartphone.
The system was developed specifically for event venues where seating arrangements need to be adjusted regularly. Once scanned, no.e knows the position of every chair in the room. Changes can then be made digitally – without having to renumber each seat individually.
Communication between the system and displays takes place via 2.4 GHz radio, similar to Wi-Fi. One access point – comparable to a radio transmitter – can control up to 10,000 chairs simultaneously.
The result: significantly faster processes when setting up events, maximum flexibility for last-minute changes and a modern form of seating communication.
