The Weber winery in Ettenheim is not only known for its first-class wines, but also for its inviting and stylish interior design. It is characterized by the combination of natural materials and modern design elements. Large windows allow plenty of daylight into the spacious interior and at the same time offer an impressive view of the surrounding vineyards.
The SCHNEEWEISS professional interior Team has realized a special class interior design in the Weber winery. The high-quality counter, wrapped in high-quality oak veneer, has a special feature: it is movable and therefore not a permanent, solid wooden construction, but rather a dynamic element that can be moved according to needs and current room requirements.
In the middle of the room, large, cubic “shop window shelving systems” hang from the ceiling. The shelves, measuring 2.8 x 3.4 meters, are also dynamic and can be rotated and moved. The installation of these shelves is a constructive masterpiece, considering the great leverage that such a huge element has when suspended from the ceiling. Cylinders should be installed in the ceiling to ensure the stability of these large, solid, dynamic shelves. Preferably invisible, so that the lightness of the floating effect of the shelves is not lost. So another ceiling was added to the solid ceiling of the building. The stabilizing cylinders are located between these two ceilings. A very elaborate construction.
